VTG PEZ Captain America Marvel Dispenser No Feet (in rough shape) maybe parts ?

This guy has seen some super hero battle. He sits on a in rough shape 3.9 blue stem.
No inner spring and a slightly floppy head. Stem is chipped and has a hold from molding it looks like. Head has some issues also .... poor guy
He definitely has seen better days , but maybe he could be cleaned up and displayed till a better one ends up in your collection.
