This is a beautiful goblet that can add some sparkle to your next show.
There is a label on the bottom with the name “Salem Silverplate.”
It has the look, feel, and weight of real silver.
There are two tiny dark spots on the base. I don’t think they are chips because the spots are smooth.
Very little is known about this item. It was purchased from the estate of a late colleague. Although we occasionally worked together, I never saw him use this particular item. It has an angle shaped gimmick about 1.25” long welded or tacked on the inside of the goblet. I assume it was for some sort of transition.
Or, you could just use this as decoration in your magic room.
