    Description

****************This  is the second time these are being offered as EBAY has let  the previous winning bidder "stephenh92" out of her obligation in purchasing this item. I mention this so none of the other buyers who bid 25 times feel this was a shill running up the final cost. I am totally disgusted that ebay has allowed this to happen and vehemently protested this "new policy" and the only reason I mention it here .......So again,
out of a SCRANTON PENNSYLVANIA ESTATE comes these RARE HARD TO FIND EARLY 1900's FRATERNAL MEDALS from CARBONDALE PENNSYLVANIA. The first is for FRANKLIN GLEN BALL, PAST Em.COMMANDER  Carbondale, Palestine Commandery 14, K.T. [Knights Templar] on front of a ladder badge cross. The reverse side has Presented to P.E.C.F. GLEN BALL PALESTINE COMMDY. CARBONDALE PA...1940........
the second and third are RIBBON BADGES  with the fraternal triangle & star.
