Grundig Satellit 2100 Radio World Receiver

Description

FLAGSHIP Grundig double-conversion from late 70's.
The good:
All original w/all original switches and knobs, (none missing). All knobs and slide switches functional. Fully functional on all bands. Antenna is flawless and as new, (appears to have no wear). It’s straight as an arrow and exhibits the friction coefficient of a new antenna when extending. All dial lights are functional. Drum switching is flawless, (has never been in an environment with high humidity).
The not-so-good:
While MW is functional, the MW band switch at top doesn’t always reveal the MW band at first press.
Some white paint spatter.
Works fine on batteries but not AC. The internal power supply isn’t putting out enough to power the radio. You can hear sound when on AC, but it behaves as if the voltage is low. No bad smell or burnt smell.
I do not offer partial refunds. If an item is disputed, I will provide a refund after return of the item in shipped condition, and matching any serial numbers.
