This item came from the estate of a home magician.  I am not sure who this effect is attributed to.  It comes with instructions that appear as though they could be a copy - but I'm not entirely sure.   The tops and bottoms of the page appear to be cut, however the instructions themselves are complete.   There are some handwritten notes from the home magician on the instructions.  Comes with coins needed.
