Capodimonte Guiseppe Cappe Little Friends Figurine

Description

This sweet porcelain figurine of a little girl & her loving dog at the base of a tree in bloom was made by Guiseppe Cappe in Italy. It has a matte finish and muted colors.  It is extremely delicate as shown in the dog's tongue licking the girl's face.  It is signed G Cappe at the base of the tree.
Beneath the base, is engraved a circle with a fish and the year 1959, painted in gold is G. Cappe, works of art, Italy 99040.  It is approximately
3 1/2 " high and 2 1/2 " wide at the base.  I am including a full, complete flower that must have come off years ago in shipping.  I chose not to repair it because I could not determine where it came from. The Cappe is in good shape despite dust from its time on a shelf.
