5/22  Great old set of 12 books "Smithsonian Scientific Series" this being a Patron's Edition.  Published 1934, beautiful blue covers with gold printing, books look never read, bindings tight and crisp, some soiling/darkening of edges noted, overall beautiful set of books.  Some minor loss of gold to spine comes with original slipcovers, which a few have some damage to them.
