Description

I have seen past auctions that claimed this badge was made of silver. I believe this claim originates from the signed manufacturer on the back, Eugene H. Richards of Boston who was a documented silversmith and jeweler. The medal is lightweight, coming in at 15 grams and I have not tested the metal content. I would assume it is not silver.
